Excellent Opportunity to work with one of the best Heavy Civil Contractors in the region on large projects. Seeking an experienced Project Manager with Experience working with Underground Utilities and Bridges.
Our client is currently looking for a Project Manager
to join our team in sunny Florida. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for contract administration, planning, cost control, and overall project leadership and job site management to ensure that projects are constructed in accordance with contract requirements, budget, and schedule. The PM is responsible for implementing and executing the Five Point Planning Process while adhering to and promoting culture of QUALITY, SAFETY, EXCELLENCE.

- Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material suppliers
- Ensure Safety, and TEAM goals are met, participates with crew in daily input, meetings, and follow-up
- Review project payables and payment requests
- Prepare project change proposals and/or claims
- Perform Monthly CTC Reports
- Coordinate the project needs
- Negotiate with subcontractors and owners on job specific matters
- Provide progress reports
- Mentor and develop project staff
- Ensure compliance with EEO/Affirmative Action contract requirements
- Responsible for successful job close-out
- Change orders and potential claims
- Project scheduling
- Safety management
- Self-performing Bridges, Roadway, and Concrete Structures mandatory
- Experience in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft Project.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in heavy highway/civil construction
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of individuals
- High level of analytical ability
- Ability to perform in high stress situations and demonstrate leadership
