Turtle Creek Management is now hiring Commercial Construction Jobsite Superintendents
LOCATIONS:
Indianapolis and Terre Haute, Indiana
The Superintendent is responsible for the day to day supervision and control of the conventionally financed Assisted Living facilities, Mini Warehouse facilities, commercial remodeling, Patio Home projects, Nursing Homes, and various site developments.
Requirements- Strong working knowledge of construction methodologies with the ability to inspect and evaluate all trades for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.
- Solid estimating skills with the ability to assess material quantities, labor needs, and cost impacts in the field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage contractors, ensuring accountability, performance, and adherence to project standards.
- Strong scheduling skills with the ability to develop, maintain, and enforce project timelines to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support successful project execution.

Turtle Creek Management is a private real estate development company that completes turnkey senior housing development and construction projects. Jackson Realty & Builders is an in-house general contractor that completes healthcare construction for the owners.
