Our teams deliver high-quality workmanship with urgency, professionalism, and strong customer communication to restore properties to pre-loss condition. As we continue expanding nationwide, we are seeking experienced construction leaders to manage reconstruction projects and drive operational excellence.

Position Summary

The Construction Project Manager – Reconstruction is responsible for overseeing residential and commercial rebuild projects from initial scope through final completion. This role manages, scheduling, subcontractors, job-site execution, customer communication, and financial performance to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

This position is best suited for professionals with hands‑on reconstruction experience in fast‑paced environments who are comfortable managing multiple active projects and working directly with customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee reconstruction projects from initial assessment through final completion
  • Prepare accurate scopes of work, budgets, and change orders using company systems and industry tools
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and field personnel across multiple concurrent projects
  • Conduct regular job‑site inspections to ensure quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence
  • Communicate consistently with customers, internal teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Resolve project challenges related to scheduling, materials, workmanship, and customer concerns
  • Ensure proper documentation including photos, permits, job notes, scopes, and financial tracking
  • Monitor project timelines and profitability to ensure strong operational performance
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries to maintain efficient job flow
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and company policies
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and quality execution
Qualifications
  • 2–5+ years of construction or reconstruction project management experience required
  • Strong background managing residential and/or light commercial rebuild projects
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project workflows
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, blueprints, and construction documentation
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

    Reliable transportation required for travel between job sites (truck preferred for hauling tools, materials, and equipment as needed)
