Construction Associates

OFS is searching for Construction Associates to assist our property management team in building, maintaining, & renovating various OFS properties.

• Construct, erect, install and repair structures
• Layout, construct and install footings, floors, walls, roofs, doors, windows, stairways, etc.
• Repair and replace building structure, i.e., studs, joists, trusses, rafters, etc.
• Modify existing, construct new or relocate existing structures
• Read and understand blueprints/drawings

• Prior construction experience
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Must be a self-starter and motivator
• Ability to lift and perform all tasks involving physical labor
• Experience with carpentry equipment and tools
