Spherion - - Responsibilities:
Directly supervise crew and subcontractors, acting as primary point of contact for day-to-day issues;
Schedule and oversee work performed by subcontractors to meet project specifications and quality standards;
Maintain precise project files in Builder Trend, including time logs and schedules;
Perform finish carpentry tasks when not managing the job site (framing, installing windows/doors, deck construction, trim work);
Ensure all work meets stringent quality standards
