OFS is searching for Construction Associates to assist our property management team
in building, maintaining, & renovating various OFS properties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
* Construct, erect, install and repair structures
* Layout, construct and install footings, floors, walls, roofs, doors, windows,
stairways, etc.
* Repair and replace building structure, i.e., studs, joists, trusses, rafters, etc.
* Modify existing, construct new or relocate existing structures
* Read and understand blueprints/drawings
QUALIFICATIONS
* Prior construction experience
* Extreme attention to detail
* Ability to Multi-Task
* Must be a self-starter and motivator
* Ability to lift and perform all tasks involving physical labor
* Experience with carpentry equipment and tools
