We7re hiring a Site Safety Coordinator to join our Indianapolis team! This is a local role (no per diem) with a focus on maintaining a safe, OSHA-compliant job site.
What Youll Do- Lead site safety programs and enforce safety policies
- Conduct inspections, audits, and safety meetings
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain accurate documentation
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of safety
- Minimum 5 years of safety experience (construction experience preferred)
- OSHA 510 Certification
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices
- Mechanical Experience preferred
- Local to Indianapolis (daily commute required)
