We are looking for a full-time Construction Superintendent that has experience with coordinating, leading, and managing ground-up multi-family apartment home construction projects.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Training/Education/

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Must have the ability to understand, create and push a project schedule.
• Valid Driver’s License
• OSHA Trained (Certification preferred but not required)
• Experience in multifamily construction (Preferred but not required)
• The ability to coordinate and communicate with employees, managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ability to complete tasks in weather permitting conditions
• Experience in Procore and Microsoft Products

• Must be willing to work at the job location in Elkhart, Indiana.
• Passion for helping others
• Experience in ensuring construction site adheres to OSHA compliance and safety standards
• Ability to monitor and report site progress, assigned tasks, logistics, and timelines
• Experience and knowledge in construction management and materials
• Collaborate with internal and external players to ensure the success of the overall project
• Enjoys learning with a drive to grow their career
• Team-oriented and results-driven
