Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Danville, Indiana. The Construction Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope and within budget. The role includes coordinating with various teams, managing resources, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Construction Project Manager will also communicate regularly with stakeholders to report on project progress and handle any issues that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications- Experience in Construction Project Management and general Project Management
- Skills in Project Coordination and Budgeting
- Background in Construction Management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Indianapolis
- Relevant certifications and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field are beneficial
