We are seeking a Superintendent to join our team and lead on-site construction operations in Indiana. This role requires someone with strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and experience building industrial projects from the ground up.

What you will be doingAs a Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for driving projects from the field—owning execution, quality, and schedule.
Key responsibilities- Plan and execute construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of resources
- Lead and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to ensure high standards of quality and safety
- Monitor daily progress, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects on track
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for internal teams, inspectors, engineers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Identify risks early and implement solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns
As the Superintendent, you'll be a vital part of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure the flawless execution of construction projects. Your role will involve on-site coordination, managing field staff, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications- 5+ years Construction Experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Education:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction management or a related field. - Experience:
4+ years of experience in industrial construction management. - Skills:
Advanced knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost accounting. - Attributes:
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills; - Procore experience is a plus.
