We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires proficiency in construction management software and excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and Pro Core.
• Conduct thorough construction estimating to assess project costs effectively.
• Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Oversee project coordination, including subcontractor management and site supervision.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, schematics, and blueprints throughout the construction process.
• Maintain effective time management practices to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Heavy Bid and Civil 3D is preferred.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, contracts, and construction site experience is required.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on project scheduling and coordination.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in estimating and planning processes.
