• Site and building layout
• Document control
• Quality control
• Field production analysis
• Project controls input (scheduling, cost reporting, PM solutions)
• Subcontractor and work‑force coordination
• Shop drawing/submittal control
• Material and equipment expediting
• Subcontractor/supplier solicitation
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with using an iPad

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with a focus on construction processes, industry, or delivery methods
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
