The General Trade Skilled Laborer works as a member of a diverse crew performing interior and exterior construction responsibilities such as framing, hardware installation, accessory installation, hanging doors, demolition, and general construction duties. The role is a pathway to becoming a Carpenter.

• Demonstrates growing technical expertise.
• Shows dedication to personal responsibility by overcoming obstacles and delivering tangible results.
• Works with tape measure, hand tools, bubble and laser levels, power tools, and various construction equipment to tear down, remodel, build, and renovate.
• Is ready to learn and grow construction skills with industry‑leading professionals while maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethics.
• Is punctual and present every working day.

• Three to five years of experience in commercial concrete construction.
• Construction operations experience preferred.
