Base Pay: $55,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year.
Base Salary + Annual Bonus. Eligible for overtime. 401K. Pension. Health Insurance. Paid time‑off. Company Vehicle.

• Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to WTI project start with Sales Rep, customer, and WTI crew. Inspect and discuss safety concerns. Complete and submit Daily Hazard Analysis to Supervisors.
• Ensure all project communication is completed prior to any WTI project start: weekly/daily schedule with Sales Rep; scope discussion with WTI crew; customer pre‑arrival, arrival, and completion; WTI Supervisor updates on schedule changes, project, and crew.
• Manage crew start and end times, production rates, and tool/material availability to complete projects safely and efficiently per scope or specification.
• Complete end‑of‑day and/or end‑of‑project walk‑through to ensure quality repairs. Send before/after pictures and daily project status to Sales Rep.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for customers.
• Order, track, and monitor inventory; submit quarterly cycle counts on time.
• Review field service projects over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
• Submit all projects over $20,000 to WTI Supervisor prior to Sales Rep or customer submission.
• Document performance of Field Resource Reps and take corrective measures to resolve employee and work‑related issues. Consult WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
• Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.

• Minimum five years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Thorough familiarity with built‑up, EPDM, PVC, and other low‑slope roofing systems as well as metal and steep‑slope roofing systems and proper repair methods.
