Early Childhood Teacher – Bright Horizons

Full‑time positions are available for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Responsibilities- Create hands‑on activities that meet children’s needs and interests.
- Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child’s daily milestones.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred).
- CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children.
- Pass required state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements.
This position requires the employee to comply with applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons’, and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training. The employee will work in person in an early education/preschool childcare center providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery and services per Bright Horizons policies and procedures, in compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations.
CompensationHourly rate: $19.00 – $23.20 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, certifications, geography, and other factors.
