The Operations Intern will focus on:
- Support operational data collection and reporting, including basic dashboards and summaries for campus and regional leaders.
- Observe and document frontline processes across campus departments and assist with improvement and follow‑up tracking.
- Help standardize policies, procedures, and tools by organizing, formatting, and maintaining documentation.
- Assist with project coordination for leadership initiatives by preparing trackers, meeting notes, and deliverables.
- Participate in campus rounds and help summarize observations, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support resident experience efforts by organizing feedback and helping track service recovery actions.
- Provide general administrative, communication, and ad hoc support related to operational priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in health administration or related degree.
- Passion for caring for seniors with industry interest.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Willing and able to travel to any BHI Community.
