Research Analyst / Policy Analyst

Our direct client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support strategic initiatives and organizational decision-making efforts. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to gather stakeholder insights, analyze information, and develop clear documentation that supports business and operational improvements.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy research, problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and translating complex information into meaningful and actionable outcomes.

Work Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Duration: Project-based opportunity
Schedule: Full-time hours (8 AM to 5 PM)

• Conduct interviews and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership teams and subject matter experts
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources and prepare clear summaries, reports, and recommendations
• Develop business cases and documentation to support decision-making processes
• Translate technical or policy-related information into clear and accessible written communication
• Support project planning, coordination, and implementation activities
• Assist with research, data collection, and analysis across various initiatives
