Operations Analyst

PAY: $24-29/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance.

Hybrid role, onsite work in Indianapolis, IN required 2 times/week.

W2 Candidates only

• 75% of the role = project coordination (main responsibility).
• Acts as liaison between stakeholders and Center of Excellence teams.
• Responsible for documenting requirements, creating knowledge articles, and aligning on impacts (e.g., payroll).
• Must prepare leadership-facing slides and present data-driven project progress.
• Will sometimes handle calls with VPs and Executive Leadership Team due to time zone differences.
• Work centered on Poland geo-expansion project, including harmonization and premises expansion.

• Demonstrated experience in project or program management, preferably in transformation or global expansion initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in reporting, dashboards, and metrics tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Transformation.
• Experience supporting global HR, Payroll, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Knowledge of global compliance, employment, and operational readiness.
• Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise systems.
• Exposure to consulting, process improvement, or change management frameworks.
