You’ll play a key role in tracking aftersales performance, managing reports, coordinating meetings, and helping the team spot opportunities to improve. You’ll be at the heart of a growing network, helping the team make smarter, data-backed decisions.

• Keep an eye on aftersales KPIs like customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue, and parts sales.
• Collect, manage, and maintain operational data from regional and HQ teams.
• Build dashboards, prepare reports, and turn numbers into clear insights.
• Organise regular meetings, take notes, track action items, and follow up with the team.
• Support the management team with admin tasks, internal reports, and presentation materials.
• Identify process bottlenecks and help implement improvements to make things run smoother.

• 3+ years of experience in aftersales, operations, data analysis, or business admin.
• Strong analytical skills, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• Skilled with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (Power BI a plus).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills (Mandarin is a bonus!).
