Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Project Leader is responsible for developing project plans and leading small projects to completion.

• Leads management of contracts for Pharmacy and Therapeutics.
• Communicates progress, issues, and barriers, to internal and external customers.
• Conducts periodic status meetings, creating agenda and documenting minutes.
• Responsible for setting up sub committee meetings.
• Conducts root cause analysis of processes and issues, identifies and makes recommendations for improvements, and develops documentation.
• Researches, compiles, extrapolates and validates data used to forecast staffing needs and work flows, and/or resolve quality and other operational issues.
• Assists in managing project scope to ensure business needs are met and the project scope as defined in the project charter is delivered, identifying, documenting and raising requests for changes from original specifications.
• Communicate plans, status, and issues within the team, group, or project, including both IT and business members and management.
• Has basic understanding of project management methodology, tools & processes and able to apply to small projects.

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs strongly preferred.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $66,864 - $114,624
