• Map out inbound and outbound shipments, book carriers, and keep inventory in sync inside our ERP/WMS.
• Watch stock levels like a hawk, trigger replenishment orders, and help design smarter reorder rules.
• Own the paperwork—from BOLs to freight bills—so freight moves fast and invoices match reality.
• Collaborate with suppliers, drivers, buyers, warehouse pros, and finance to solve hiccups before they touch the customer.
• Drop into the warehouse during busy stretches—scan, pick, count, and learn the flow first-hand.
• Build slick Excel dashboards, slice KPIs, and flag process tweaks that cut cost or shave days off lead-time.
• Rotate through cross-training so you can back up teammates and explore future roles like Analyst, Planner, or Ops Supervisor.

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or similar (internships/part-time experience count).
• Excel chops plus a knack for digging into data.
• Eye for detail, calm under timeline pressure, natural team communicator.
• Valid driver’s license (you may hop on a forklift—training on us).

• ERP/WMS or CRM exposure
• Freight lingo
• SQL or Power BI curiosity.
