Arbor Homes is seeking a Purchasing Compliance Coordinator to join our National Purchasing Team located in Indianapolis. This position will assist the procurement and operation initiatives of our Divisional Purchasing and Production Teams across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. We are seeking collaborative professionals who thrive on opportunities to facilitate business solutions and achieve quality metrics.

- Contractual compliance and continuance with trade partner contracts, scopes of work, insurance, training, and occasional field audits to ensure conformance.
- Assist National Compliance Manager with organizational documentation collection, adherence, and onboarding of new trade partners.
- Solicit updated organizational compliance documentation from trade partners related to contracts, scopes of work, insurance, training and day-to-day maintenance information.
- Process and file renewal insurance documents.
- Support daily operations while improving process efficiencies, product alignment, and change management.
- Work closely with other teams for cross-differential initiatives and backfill workflow needs.
- Strong computer and analytical skills.
- Excellent process management and organization skills.
- Open communication and collaboration skills.
- High School Diploma.
- BS/BA in Construction, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred, but not required.
- Experience in Residential Construction preferred.
- Experience with Sapphire, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Teams) or other related applications preferred.
