- Developing and managing all processes related to the service and warranty department
- Maintain strong communication with technicians and scheduling coordinators
- Manage customer satisfaction
- Other job duties as assigned by leadership
- Minimum of 2-5 years of hands‑on work experience in the window & door industry, or other closely related field
- Previous supervisory experience in a home improvement‑oriented business is a plus!
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat
- Competitive starting salary of $60,000-$70,000
