Description:

Summary/Objective:

Manages a variety of general office and administrative tasks in order to support the dealerships operations.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare and complete daily morning and evening deposits.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as pulling contracts, entering information in VEH, making payoffs, finalizing deals for all locations and creating various paperwork packets.
  • Complete payroll tasks such as approving timecards, entering driver pay, tech hours and finalizing payroll.
  • Ensure accounts are clear for all stores and reconciling bank statements.
  • Prepare various daily reports such as sales commission, attendance and more as-needed.
  • Handle a variety of occasional administrative tasks such as balancing cash drawer, cashiering, CVR title work, purchase used inventory, answering phones, answering support questions, etc.
  • Supervising and providing direction to subordinate staff members.
  • Various other duties as assigned.

  • Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software;
    Spreadsheet software;
    Inventory software;
    Payroll systems;
    Internet software and Order processing systems.

Preferred Education/Experience:
