We are looking for an Associate Buyer to join our Group. An Associate Buyer supports procurement operations in a fast‑paced production environment. This role is responsible for managing suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries of indirect materials and facility service providers at Endress+Hauser Level+Pressure.

• Create, manage and track purchase orders using SAP.
• Maintain and update SAP data including material master, vendor master, and purchasing info records.
• Ensure supplier data is accurate and up to date in SAP, including contact details, payment terms, and lead times.
• Collaborate – Supplier collaboration for goods and services to support rapid production cycles.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with planning and production teams to anticipate customer needs.
• Expedite orders and resolve delivery issues to prevent production delays.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability, lead times, and pricing.
• Support vendor Scorecard and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to identify cost‑saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and just-in-time (JIT) principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
