Base pay range: $104,000 – $182,000 per year.
About AXA XLAXA XL is the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA.
Responsibilities- Manage service accounts for Middle Market P&C clients focusing on delivery of Property & Casualty service initiatives. Oversee vendor quality, develop service plans, and conduct stewardship reviews.
- Conduct virtual assessments and on-site visits across all P&C coverage lines. Produce detailed reports with recommendations.
- Analyze building construction, fire protection features, processes, and special hazards. Provide technical consultation and review fire protection systems and alarms.
- Business interruption review and consultation toward business contingency planning; review property loss estimates.
- Assess hazards impacting clients, public, and subcontractors; review contractual risk transfer terms; analyze product loss potential.
- Assess Worker Compensation exposures and safety controls across EHS programs, management structures, training, hazards, diseases, ergonomics, and post‑injury management.
- Review Commercial Auto hazards and fleet safety controls, driver qualifications, training, maintenance, ADAs, telematics, investigations, and regulatory compliance.
- Travel 30% domestically to client locations.
- Extensive Risk Control experience in Property & Casualty; client servicing required.
- Robust knowledge of fire protection, NFPA codes, FM data sheets, and local requirements.
- Ability to apply industry experience to diverse customers and projects; consult on property risk controls and assess complex exposures.
- Outstanding customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Proficient presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to summarize large information and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT systems; experience with risk management platforms.
- Strong time‑management and work‑technique skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Professional designations such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), associate in risk management (ARM), or Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) preferred.
