About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates with a background in Business, Marketing, Management, or HR who are eager to develop a career in account management and sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage accounts, and support the sales process while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Support senior account managers in managing multiple accounts and projects.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Analyze data using Excel, Pivot Tables, and Excel Automation to provide insights for client strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and contribute to sales targets.
  • Attend client meetings and effectively communicate solutions to decision-makers.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or HR from recognized universities such as Butler University, Purdue University, Indiana University, University of Indianapolis (IUPUI), Marian University, or Anderson University
    .
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Excel, Pivot Tables, and automation tools
    .
  • Competitive, quick learner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
