• Perform audits to ensure compliance with training, facility, repair procedures, and tool/equipment requirements
• Document findings, prepare improvement plans, and collaborate with centers on certification goals
• Deliver standup training to collision center and dealer personnel on collision and safety-related topics
• Maintain high accuracy in verbal and written communication during audits and training
• Develop and foster long-term partnerships with clients to improve quality and business performance

• Experience in the collision center and/or mechanical service center industry
• Technical automotive background or education
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
• High level of self‑management skills and motivation

• Experience in collision center management or independent insurance appraisals
• Background in delivering stand‑up or onsite training
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to inspire and lead teams
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
