As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are in top shape. Your expertise will help us deliver outstanding service and build lasting relationships with our clients.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your knowledge and skills.
• Gain hands-on experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest concerns.
• Work together with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals consistently.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of your workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
