Location: Tom Wood Toyota •
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM •
Pay: Flat Rate $22 – $40/hour (based on experience)

Tom Wood Toyota is looking for a driven, hands-on, and passionate Automotive Technician ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance quickly and accurately.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify potential issues early.
• Keep detailed and accurate service records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about needed repairs.
• Stay current with the latest tools, technologies, and repair techniques.
• Deliver high-quality service that keeps customers coming back.

• Proven experience in automotive repair or maintenance.
• ASE certifications or OEM training preferred (not required).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with pride in workmanship.
• Familiarity with shop equipment (alignment, tire machines, AC systems, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
