We’re hiring a B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team at PFM Auto & Fleet – Castleton. If you’re strong in diagnostics, enjoy steady workflow, and want a shop that invests in your growth, we’d love to meet you.

• Perform B-level diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs (brakes, suspension, alignments, electrical, drivability).
• Use scan tools and service information to troubleshoot accurately.
• Document repairs clearly in the RO system.
• Work with Service Advisors on timelines and parts needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized workspace.

• 3–5 years automotive repair experience (B-tech level).
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurable record.
• ASE certifications a plus (we reimburse & support).

• $25–$35 flat rate +
  up to $8/hr accelerators
