• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
• Promote additional services and products that enhance vehicle performance and safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service writer experience required
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience in automotive service writing or related roles is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Must be able to work with extended warranty companies to get approvals for service repairs
