Job Title:
Data Entry Specialist
Join our team as a Data Entry Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in converting paper documents into digital formats. You will ensure that information is accurately captured and stored for seamless access by downstream teams, supporting the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities- Sort paper documents by priority to prepare for processing.
- Use scanners to convert paper orders into digital files.
- Save and label files using established naming conventions for easy access by downstream teams.
- Data entry proficiency.
- Customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with order entry.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with scanning and office technology.
- Time management and throughput awareness.
Work from Monday to Friday, on-site, with no overtime. Hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
