* Job Summary:
** The Administrative Assistant role will be responsible for supporting our Executive team in addition to having receptionist duties and assisting various departments with special projects. There is a considerable need for customer service skills, professionalism, accommodation, and the ability to successfully blend with all types of personalities.

* Job Responsibilities:
*** General administrative support for all staff, all departments.
* Provide administrative and clerical support to all Executives.
* Make travel arrangements and maintain travel files for Executives.
* Responsible for Receptionist Duties as outlined in Administrative Manual.
Assist offsite personnel, and other departments with tasks and special projects, as requested.
*
* Qualifications:
** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience One to Three plus years of experience Interpersonal and diplomatic skills. Organizational and planning skills. Flexibility in work responsibilities. Applicants must have current authorization to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for an employment visa
** now or in the future**. Employer visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
