KPCA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling strategic focus. Key

Objectives
  • Streamline executive schedules and communications to maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Support leadership with project management, document preparation, and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments for senior executives.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely project execution.
  • Assist with special projects and research as needed to support executive decision-making.
  • Manage expense reports and budget tracking related to executive activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
