KPCA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling strategic focus. KeyObjectives
- Streamline executive schedules and communications to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Support leadership with project management, document preparation, and follow-ups.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments for senior executives.
- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely project execution.
- Assist with special projects and research as needed to support executive decision-making.
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking related to executive activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
