Part-Time Receptionist

Expressway Chevrolet in Mt. Vernon, Indiana is seeking a PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST to add to our team.

*** This is the perfect position for the Stay-at-home Mom, Retiree, high school or college student.***

Weekly scheduled work hours are:
Thursdays and Fridays, 4:00pm - 7:30pm and Saturdays 2:00pm to 6:30pm.

** The Receptionist is the first contact to greet visitors by phone and in person. The Receptionist will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.**

• Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette
• Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary
• Additional administrative responsibilities
• Operate an advanced phone system with extensive capabilities
• Handle multiple lines while remaining professional and courteous

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have general computer knowledge.
• Will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skill.
• Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
