We are looking for a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers at our personal injury law firm. This role calls for someone who brings a friendly and professional presence to every interaction, stays organized, and can juggle several tasks at once without missing a beat.

A legal background is not required. What matters most is clear and calm communication, comfort speaking with people in person and over the phone, and confidence handling everyday administrative responsibilities in a busy environment. Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with a calm, clear voice
  • Manage the front desk, including mail, deliveries, and scheduling
  • Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Handle data entry, scanning, and filing of documents
  • Assist with calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A calm and professional demeanor, especially under pressure
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities

    A team player who’s eager to help wherever needed
  • Proficiency with basic office software (Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Nice to Have
  • Bilingual skills
  • Experience in a fast‑paced office environment
  • Familiarity with legal or medical terminology (not required)
