Arbor Homes is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist located in our corporate office in Indianapolis, IN. The right candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Arbor Homes’ buyers, vendors and employees.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, and answering or referring their inquiries
  • Data entry for expense reimbursements
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail; receive package deliveries and distribute
  • Order office/breakroom supplies and maintain copy room area
  • Maintain employee mailboxes, vending machine, conference room calendars
  • Building maintenance – coordinate requests for repairs and routine maintenance
  • Assist leadership with booking accommodations, travel, and submitting expense reports
  • Compile presentation materials as needed. This includes the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
  • Order catering for on-site meetings
  • Printing marketing materials for distribution to Sales Team
  • Any other duties as assigned
