Position OverviewReady and Willing 2 Help Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and professional Front Office Clerk to serve as the face of our agency and provide essential administrative support to daily office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured office environment, enjoys customer service, and takes pride in organization and accuracy. The Front Office Clerk plays a key role in maintaining smooth front desk operations while ensuring clerical updates are completed accurately in our electronic systems.
This is a full-time, on-site position (no hybrid or remote options).

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
$15.00 – $17.00 per hour
What You’ll Do:Front Desk & Communication
- Serve as the primary receptionist for the agency
- Answer and route phone calls professionally and accurately
- Greet visitors and manage front desk traffic
- Review inbound communications (fax, secure email, portal notifications, internal routing)
- Log and triage items requiring clerical updates
- Communicate with clients regarding scheduling coordination and other non-clinical matters
- Update electronic health records based on documented communications
- Enter insurance authorization details (effective dates, approved units, services) as provided by payers or authorized case managers
- Attach authorization documents and update payer fields as assigned
- Route messages appropriately and escalat any clinical questions to licensed staff
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate office vendors (cleaning, shredding, routine services)
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail processes
- Ensure answering service messages and faxes are routed appropriately
- Follow established office procedures and maintain punctual attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to maintain simple records
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Background check required
- Regular use of phone, computer, copier, and printer
- Combination of sitting and standing
- FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt (Hourly) - Overtime not permitted unless pre-authorized in writing
