Overview

The Data and Financial Processing Contractual role requires strong computer proficiency, analytical ability, and a high level of accuracy. Team members are responsible for entering taxpayer information from current‑year tax forms into a high‑speed processing system, ensuring data is correctly reflected in the system of record.

Pay: $18.00

Hours:

Monday
-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Enter taxpayer data and information with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
  • Review and key information exactly as it appears on tax forms to maintain data integrity.
  • Utilize a high-speed data entry system to support timely processing.
  • Ensure all information entered is readily accessible and clearly recorded for downstream use.
  • Maintain focus and productivity while performing repetitive data entry tasks for extended periods.
Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong computer and analytical skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in 10-key and traditional typing.
  • Ability to sit and perform data entry for long periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • High attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
  • Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
