As an Executive Assistant
, you will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day tasks and duties to manage the office and provide proactive unparalleled support to the Executive Management Team. The position will require multi-tasking, possess exceptional communication skills, be able to work independently, and have keen attention to detail.

- The expected pay for this role is $31.00 to $39.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

- Provide overarching executive support with a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism; responsible for items such as managing schedules, appointments, expense reporting, and travel arrangements amongst other requests
- Proactively anticipate challenges that may be presented and addressed accordingly while demonstrating consistent follow-up to ensure task completion
- Consistently operate with a sense of urgency while not losing sight of the details
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders and provide communication support to include drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Prepare and organize all materials for meetings and support the follow-up actions needed by executives
- Work through a lens of continuous improvement identifying areas to streamline processes and optimize efficiency and productivity
- Organize and coordinate executive-level events, conferences, and virtual or in-person meetings and assist with associate, community, and customer engagement processes as directed by the EMT member
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records and files ensuring easy retrieval of information and managing incoming executive and business mail, making notes of action and timeline needed to address the incoming mail received
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years related to executive administrative experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role with demonstrated professional demeanor and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail, basic financial acumen, action and results orientation and self-starter
- Proficiency with Internet, Microsoft Office Suite, technology tools for communication, meeting management, and managing multiple calendars
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to deal with a variety of personalities
- Broad knowledge and use travel management tools for most efficient travel plans
