Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar for staff members
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain an accurate visitor log and ensure security protocols are followed
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes under the direction of the gym team
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary
  • Provide tours of the facility to new clients or visitors
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic financial principles
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, phone systems)
