** Position
Description:
** To provide management and sales staff with administrative support and coordination of workflow.
** Primary
Job Responsibilities:
*** Compiles, maintains, and updates data for the preparation of departmental communications, documents, and reports.
* May assist sales staff with ETS, Salesforce and Group Administration tasks and process.
* Greets visitors, answers and screens telephone calls, as well as assists prospective, new or existing clients when sales staff is unavailable.
* Sets up and maintains files, ensures office equipment and supplies are sufficient, and coordinates the printing and distribution of departmental materials.
* Coordinates scheduling of presentations, projects and materials with other departments, locations and vendors. Arranges meetings, travel accommodations and catering activities.
* Assists with the compilation of the annual department budget and other reporting functions.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary

* Minimum Requirements:
** Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years' of advanced experience in typing, grammar, syntax, spelling, punctuation, and computer software. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires the ability to resolve problems; and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
