The Workflow & Policy Assembly Specialist is responsible for printing, assembling, and performing quality reviews of insurance applications and policies. This role also supports mail operations and requires a high level of accuracy
, responsiveness
, and attendance in a fast-paced production environment.
- Open and sort mail based on documented special-handling requirements
- Make copies of all issued insurance applications
- Perform quality reviews of applications and policy prints
- Assemble policy print within 1–2 business days of issuance
- Assemble policies according to state and/or firm-specific guidelines
- Perform basic data entry tasks as required
- Work independently to meet individual productivity goals
- Identify, document, and escalate system, process, or printer issues promptly
- Share relevant information with team members to ensure workflow continuity
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attendance and willingness to work regular overtime
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor with ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
- Prior experience in insurance operations or document processing
- Experience with policy administration or workflow-based roles
