Job Summary:

Fiber Global is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Accountant to support daily financial operations during an exciting high-growth phase. The Senior Accountant will maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, manage payables and receivables, reconcile accounts, assist with financial reporting, and ensure all accounting activities comply with internal policies and GAAP standards.

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) in a timely and organized manner.
• Prepare and issue invoices, track customer receivables, and manage vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes and reporting.
• Support payroll processing and track employee reimbursements and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal financial controls, and company policies.
• Assist with tax documentation, filings support, and audit preparation.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer records, including W-9s and insurance certificates.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements across finance and accounting functions.
• Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience—manufacturing or startup experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Quick Books, Net Suite, SAP, or similar systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Strong understanding of accrual and cash-based accounting.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and integrity.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate across departments.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasional interaction onsite with operational teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
