Responsibilities:
- Prepare reconciliations to confirm balance sheet accounts
- Prepare and report commissions
- Coordinate Cap Ex spend and project tracking with various departments
- Process and post monthly depreciation expense
- Prepare & post monthly customer rebate accrual
- Prepare and file tax returns
- Prepare & post various monthly journal entries
- Support overall monthly close process
- Partner with various departments to provide relevant information
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant position, ideally in manufacturing industry
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP practices
- Have a working knowledge of accounting ERP systems
- Multi-site business; with global sites and in a manufacturing/distribution environment
- Demonstrated ability to both roll-up their sleeves as an individual contributor
