Remote role, with occasional office visits for meetings.
- Recording transactions in Quickbooks Online
- Account reconciliations
- Spreadsheet analysis
- Preparing basic financial statements
- Invoicing
- Accounts receivable and payable (low volume)
- Assisting with tax information tracking for CPA firm
- Minimum 5 years small business bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Quick Books Online
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
