Accountant, Accounting Assistant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

Our client is seeking an Accountant to support core accounting functions and help manage day-to-day financial operations. This role will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity while helping the team stay current on key accounting processes.

• Process accounts payable, including entering vendor invoices and preparing payments
• Manage accounts receivable, including generating invoices, applying deposits, and following up on past-due balances
• Assist with general ledger journal entries, including payroll and month-end entries
• Support the accounting team with backlog cleanup and daily accounting tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Stable work history and proven accounting experience preferred
