Position: Accountant
Location: South Bend, Indiana (100% onsite)

Overview of the Accountant Role:

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Perform account reconciliations and analyze balance sheet activity

• Support special projects, including process improvement, budgeting assistance, and cash management tasks

• Reconcile prepaids and other general ledger accounts

• Manage ERP-related tasks and update spreadsheets for monthly reporting

• Assist with system and process updates related to accounting functions

Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant Role:

• Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger analysis

• Strong Excel skills required; ability to manage and update spreadsheets with accuracy

• Familiarity with ERP systems;
Oracle experience is a plus

• Fund accounting experience preferred, but not required

• Flexible mindset and ability to support both recurring and ad hoc accounting projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred

Salary: $54,000–$60,000 depending on experience
