Overview
Tax Advisor / Client Relationship Manager —
Location:
Monticello or Logansport, IN (flexible hybrid schedule).
Compensation:
Base + annual performance bonus + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, life & disability insurance).

We’re looking for a Tax Advisor / Client Relationship Manager who’s ready to take ownership of their client relationships and make an impact in a firm that believes in balance, not burnout.
What You’ll Do- Manage and advise a portfolio of small business, partnership, and individual clients
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns (individual, partnership, and corporate)
- Deliver thoughtful, proactive tax planning throughout the year
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team that celebrates shared success
- Balanced Workload - Sustainable pace (around 1,800 hours annually) with flexibility built in.
- Meaningful Relationships - You'll actually get to know your clients — not just their tax IDs.

- Rooted & Reliable - A well-established firm with strong community connections and values.
- 3+ years of public accounting or tax experience (CPA or EA preferred)
- Strong background in preparing and reviewing business and individual returns
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A desire to grow your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance
- Base salary + bonus
- Up to $25,000 in annual incentives
